Uranus is a son of Gaia alone, she made him to be her husband and her equal in power, his own realm, the sky, who would cover over the earth (Gaia). He ruled over the Primordial, and his children The Titans. He made sure everyone did their jobs correctly and otherwise stayed out of their lives. Described to be a well built man, with a long white beard, to human standards he could have been in his late 40s.
The God, the Balls, and the Ugly;
Uranus would lay often with his wife, wanting to create only the most powerful and dominating offspring, he called them the Titans. However, his wife also bore monstrous children, Cyclopes with their horn and one eye, the Gigantes the strong but ugly men, and the Hecatoncheires the 50 headed and 100 armed monstrosity.
Uranus could bear to look at his disgraceful children, the horrid monsters who dared call him father. So one day he made the decision, he would lock them away forever in his half brother Tartarus. Never to be seen again, he ignored the cries of his wife and mother Gaia, he didn't care for her love of the children. After that he was right as rain, things could be set back on track without those creatures running around, he made love to his wife every night and he didn't care for when she stopped participating or even when silent tears fell from her face, she was never his priority. But one day, she changed, she smiled when he came to her, he thought that maybe this time things would be interesting as he had been getting bored. Her smile continued when he got to her, but we noticed something different in her eyes, this was no lust or passion, this was an evil look. He was about to ask when all of a sudden both of his arms and legs where grabbed and he was held suspended in the air by four of his sons. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! UNHAND ME!!!! YOU WILL REGRET DISRESPECTING YOUR -!!" He boomed. But before he could even finish his outraged yelling, Kronos, his youngest, came out of the bushes holding a scythe, and cut his bulls clean off. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Uranus screamed in pain and dropped to the ground when his sons let go, he watched helplessly as Kronos grabbed his sack and flung it across the world, landing in the sea, blood following it like a tail. Uranus, now without his 'manhood' was left dismembered and his position as King of the Gods was taken up by his son, Kronos.
Family Ties; Uranus' wife and mother are Gaia, his siblings include Tarturas, Eros, Erebus, and Nyx. He is the father of The Cyclopes, The Gigantes, The Hecatoncheires, Kronos, Cirus, Thema, Hyperion, Tethys, Oceanus, Nerus, Helios, Selene, Rhea/Cybele, Themis, Iapetus, Mnemosyne, Coeus, Phoebe, Epimetheus, Prometheus, and Atlas.
Tributes; Uranus' symbol is the Zodiac Wheel, however he has no other representativeness besides the sky because he was never worshiped by the Greeks
