Epimetheus (Επιμηθευς)

Translation: Afterthought

Excuses and Impulsiveness

Epimetheus is the Titan of excuses, afterthought, impulsiveness, and brashness. He was one of the sub-titans who were tasked with remaking and repopulating the mortal world with animals, fish, birds, and humans. Epimetheus was in charge of the animals, fish, and birds, and his brother Prometheus who was incharge of recreating the Humans. Epimetheus used all of the materials while creating the animals of the world that was given to him and his brother by Zeus. Ultimately leading to his brother's eternal punishment.


Family; Epimetheus' parents are Iapetus and Clymene. His brother is Prometheus. He has one child, Pyrrha.
